Definitions:

Lacto-ovo Vegetarians
People who do not eat fish, shellfish, poultry or meat of any kind but who do eat eggs and dairy products.

Lacto vegetarians
People who do not eat fish, poultry or meat products -- and who do not eat eggs -- but who do consume dairy products.

Ovo vegetarians
People who eat no fish, poultry, meat or dairy products but who do eat eggs.

Vegans
People who eat no fish, poultry, meat or dairy products and who do not eat any processed foods containing these ingredients.

The Expressly Leslie Family

Folks in Woodstock and in the cafe I had in Joe Caputo & Sons have been so warmly receptive and have provided such great support! It feels like being part of a family of people who enjoy good (and healthful) eating.

Like the well of biblical fame or the singles bar in more recent times . . . people have met significant others while munching my falafel -- or have gathered regularly with friends at the market to hear the music and enjoy the day. Thank you to all my friends and customers!
