We are serious about health! We try to stay up-to-date on the latest health information.
We are committed to making all of our foods on-site from fresh ingredients. We use canola oil for frying and extra virgin olive oil for all of our soups and salads. We use only whole wheat pita, delivered fresh weekly from Sanabel Bakery in Chicago.
